FAQ

What is the largest print size available?

Up to 44" wide!

What is included in the price of the print?

Of course, a beautifully crafted custom print to cherish forever! You will also receive a printers proof before the final version.

What is a printers proof? Do I get to keep it?

A printers proof is an 8x10 sample of your image printed on the paper that you choose. You will receive the copy to make any adjustments (i.e. color saturation, contrast, cropping, etc) and to ensure you like the paper before I print the final version. The printers proof will then be sent back to the printer to make any adjustments and remain the property of the printer. Any additional proof requested will be $20.

What kind of paper can i choose for my print?

I have a stock on-hand of Hahnemuhle Photo Glossy, Moab Exhibition Luster, and Moab Lasal Photo Matte. You will chose which finish you want and I will print on that paper. However, if you want to talk more custom options (i.e. a silver paper, a more fibrous paper, a very textured paper, etc) I would love to sit down and show you some other options!

If it is a digital file, I prefer to use WeTransfer or email to receive files. But other arrangements can be made if necessary. if it is a negative, I can scan the negative for you at any size up to 8x10 for an additional #30. You can either mail your negative to me or exchange it in person if location allows. Your negative will be returned to you with the final print.

How do I get my image to you?

How should my files be prepared?

I print from TIFF file formats. If possible please send me the largest file and highest quality file you can. If you're not sure how to do this, please email or call me and I can walk you through how to do this.

How long will it take?

It depends. If it is an inkjet print on one of my stock papers, it will take about 3 days to prepare plus shipping time. If you ordered a more custom print like a transfer or print on metal, it could take up to two weeks to allow time to prep and coat materials. This will be discussed initially when arranging your image print type.

If I don't like my print, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, I am not able to issue refunds as my price is based mostly off of materials I use to create the print. If you are unsatisfied with the final version, I am happy to discuss a possible discount on a re-print.
